My Latest Project and Today’s Transport
My brother-in-law, J, gave me this Yokota Enterprise road bike from 80s or 90s … he was going throw it out. I stripped it down, de-badged it, de-greased it, replaced tubes, tires, brake cables & pads, handle-bar tape, seat and so on … pretty much rebuilt the bike. It’s awesome and rides like a dream!
It’s about 100-degrees here in DFW today and that’s okay … right now I’ve biked about 1/2 across Grapevine running errands on the bicycle and am having an iced-coffee and checking in on work via Starbuck’s free wi-fi. I wish I could work like this every day!
