Fluffy – “Technicolour Yawn”
Fluffy was a London-based female punk band from the mid/late 1990′s. This song is called “Technicolour Yawn.”
The band members were: Amanda Rootes (guitar/vox), Bridgette Jones (guitar), Helen Storer (bass) and Angie Adams (drums). This video was directed by Sarah Jacobson, who died in 2004.
Here is the Technicolor Yawn video…
The band released an album titled “Black Eye” and an EP titled “5 Live” – both in 1996. They opened for bands such as Foo Fighters, Marilyn Manson and the Sex Pistols (on their reunion tour).
Unfortunately, they aren’t together any longer. I wish they were! They had a great sound and image.
However, the members are all still performing in other bands. Amanda Rootes formed a band called Harlow. Bridgette Jones and Angie Adams formed a band called Darling. And Helen Storer joined Jack Off Jill.
